A follow up Reiki session to continue balancing and restoring your energy centers, removing what no longer serves you. Reiki will help to remove trauma which is trapped in the body, revitalising the cells leaving you feeling lighter and more energised. Each session includes 45-60 minutes of hands on Reiki and up to 20 minutes of pre/post discussion.
