ABOUT ME

Samantha is a Reiki Master energy healer, Meditation, Breathwork and Yoga teacher who is originally from the Bahamas. Samantha is also an accomplished linguist after studying & living in Paris for many years.  

She has had amazing results with her Reiki clients in Sydney and internationally.

 

Samantha’s Reiki sessions help to balance & restore your energy centres bringing about deep relaxation and stress reduction leaving you feeling grounded, revitalised and with a greater sense of clarity about your life.

Reiki works on a physical, emotional & psychological level helping to remove what no longer serves you, healing and clearing past traumas, reducing physical pain, improving interpersonal relationships and general wellbeing.

Her Reiki practice has had transformative results with a wide range of clients including aged care, cancer patients, clients struggling with physical pain, mental health issues, PTSD, anxiety and trauma. She runs Reiki/Yin workshops and Holistic Fitness workshops in Sydney.

 

Samantha has a particular interest in making Reiki & yoga accessible to groups from disadvantaged backgrounds especially in the aged care sector. She previously worked for a non-for-profit organisation called Reclink Australia which provides programs to improve physical & mental health and create greater social inclusion.

 

She teaches yoga, meditation and breathwork to people with disabilities to reduce stress and provide them with better life coping strategies.
