Follow up Reiki session + Absent healing

Service Description

Reiki helps to remove what no longer serves you, healing and clearing past traumas, reducing physical pain, improving interpersonal relationships and general well being. Each session begins with an initial conversation before lying down fully clothed for the energy journey. Hz frequency music is played. There will be time at the end to gently ground and debrief about your session. You will leave feeling relaxed, grounded & revitalised with a greater sense of clarity about your life. You may feel a little sensitive the next day or you may feel blissful. The body continues to adjust for 24-48 hours and it can take up to 3 days to fully integrate the changes. An absent healing for manifestation of your goals is included with the initial Reiki session.
