It could be as simple as: vibrant health, increased energy, peace, love, joy, abundance. Or it could be very specific like manifesting a new job, partner, new place to live, pain reduction, reduced anxiety or improved sleep. The absent healing is a 21 day healing cycle and i will explain to you how to call in the healing once i have done it. Reiki works for one's highest good so if you have asked for something which is not for your highest good right now, then something else will come in its place. Everything happens in divine and perfect timing. Write down the 3 or 4 main things you want to manifest before the session.
